I’m surprised at how long Rosie’s unemployment depression has lasted. Since she left The View at the end of May, I have been following her video blog on Rosie.com. Rosie appears both alone and with various people in these blog entries but one factor remains the same. In every video she has these sad eyes that makes me wonder if she’s blogging in between crying jags.

Just when I almost feel sorry for Rosie, she says something that reminds me why she’s unemployed. In one recent video she read the following blog comment from a viewer named “Laura”:

I don’t understand when people say Cindy Sheehan is dishonoring her son and should think about what he’d want. What makes them think they’d know what he’d want? More than his mother does?

Rosie’s response:

Way to go, Laura. Way to go, Laura.

(I guess Rosie doesn’t understand that raving lefties usually don’t enlist in the United States military. The fact that Casey Sheehan VOLUNTARILY enlisted in the U.S. military probably means he wouldn’t applaud when his mother calls the U. S. president a terrorist while physically cuddling up to the likes of Hugo Chavez.)

In her most recent blog entry, Rosie took some shots at Paula Abdul. She read the following blog question: Having trouble getting off the pain meds big time. Any suggestions?

Rosie’s answer:

Call Paula Abdul. Ha ha ha … She’s very tired, Paula Abdul. It’s exhausting being a judge on the Idol show.

Later, Rosie brought up Paula and drugs again. Looks like she’s trying out Paula Abdul as her new punching bag. Guess Trump and Hasselbeck are too tough. They fight back.

On Tuesday’s Access Hollywood, Tatum O’Neal discussed how she ended her 10-year estrangement from Farrah Fawcett. She said, “When I heard she was sick,I drove to L.A. and visited her.” Access Hollywood also played an excerpt from an interview Tatum did five years ago where she said, “I never talked to Farrah, even when she was my stepmom.” Sound familiar, stepmothers?

When the interviewer asked her how Farrah reacted to their recent meeting, Tatum had the nerve to say, “She’s a pretty great lady…” If she’s such a great lady, how come Tatum hasn’t spoken to her for ten years?

Looks like that’s what it takes for this victim of Parental Alienation Syndrom (PAS) to be nice to her ex-stepmother — a deadly disease. Too bad Tatum never grew up. She’s still her mother’s good little soldier. I wonder if Tatum’s children hate their stepmother.

Last week, Rosie O’Donnell’s website featured photos of her four-year-old daughter dressed as a terrorist. This is like a Jew dressing her kid up as an SS officer. The terrorists want to impose Sharia law on us all. While Sharia law enslaves everyone, especially women, Sharia law holds special treats for homosexuals like Rosie.

In Iran where Sharia reigns,

According to Amnesty International, at least three homosexual men and two lesbians were publicly beheaded in January 1990.

While the Taliban ruled Afghanistan, it regularly executed homosexuals. Islamic jurists in Kabul and Kandahar only differed on the method of killing. One group of scholars believed the condemned should be taken to the top of the highest building in the city and hurled to their deaths, while others advocated placing them in a pit next to a wall which was to be toppled on them, so that they are buried alive.

It’s a good thing Rosie has President Bush protecting her.

Remember the outcry when Prince William dressed up for a costume party as a Nazi? Where’s the liberal outrage against Rosie?

Democrats know ridicule works. Remember Dan Quayle jokes? They really did their job. Basically, the left turned a devastatingly handsome, and therefore formidable candidate with the witless ladies, into a joke. They annihilated his political future. Suddenly, all Americans would never put an “e” on “potato”. This consensus came easily because most Americans were unaware the plural of “potato” is “potatoes”.

Since Ann Coulter possesses enough verbal skills to bring down whole armies of liberals, she must be stopped. Bring in Elizabeth Edwards. Ironically, Elizabeth Edwards employs the Democrat tactic Ann points out in her book, Godless: The Church of Liberalism. Ann notes that Democrats often use pathetic victims to promote their ideas. Therefore, any rebuttal of these victims’crazy ideas comes across as unconscionable. Who can match the moral authority of truly devastated souls such as Cindy Sheehan and the 9/11 widows?

Now, Elizabeth Edwards joins the ranks of these untouchables. As the mother of a dead child and as a dying cancer patient, her victim status reigns supreme.

Yes, Democrats know ridicule proves devastating to presidential candidates. Chevy Chase portrayed Gerald Ford as a bumbling fool who tripped and fell over and over and over again, week after week. Leno and Letterman do their best in viciously attacking Bush and Cheney every night. No one complains. Then, along comes Ann. Suddenly, political comedy isn’t so funny anymore. Ridiculing Democrats comes across as mean and rotten. Welcome to the club. Perhaps there should be a fairness doctrine for comedy.

Hilton insists she’s a changed woman after serving time behind bars.

“I would like to make a difference,” she told Barbara Walters. “God has given me this new chance.” …

Hilton told E! News last week that she plans to build a “transitional home” to help recently released inmates readjust to freedom.

After reading this about Paris Hilton, I have some advice.

Paris, this plan you have to transform yourself could totally work. And, your newfound spirituality doesn’t come completely out of the blue. I remember that The Simple Life episode where you spent time being the “mother” in an Islamic household. Displaying your spirituality, you still meditated using the prayer rug even after you got home. Your bodyguards struggled to retain their composure but I found the scene completely charming. Yes, this could really work.

Remember, a PR makeover has worked wonders for Angelina Jolie. After being touched by Billy Bob Thornton and leaving no doubt in our minds as to her mental health, she still snagged Jennifer Aniston’s husband, Brad Pitt. I’ll admit Brad’s not exactly a Mensa candidate but he’s not the only one taken in. Ann Curry practically jumped in Angelina’s lap and panted when she interviewed her for Dateline. The Pope wouldn’t have engendered more awe and respect. So, in few months, follow Angelina’s lead. Wear a grown-up dress, talk about your good works, and all will be forgiven. You might even enjoy an advantage Angelina does not have. You might be the real deal.

David Hasselhoff and Alec Baldwin — Listen up. I hear Angelina Jolie wants to reconcile with her father. Is this because now that her mother’s dead she no longer gets an emotional reward for siding with her mother against her father? An article on Wikipedia.com states

Jolie has been long estranged from her father, blaming his infidelity for the break-up of the family, though a reconciliation was attempted, and he appeared with her in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. In July 2002, Jolie filed a request to legally change her name to “Angelina Jolie”, dropping Voight as her surname; the name change was made official on September 12, 2002.^[14] In August of the same year, Voight claimed that his daughter had “serious emotional problems” on Access Hollywood. In the October 2004 issue of Premiere Magazine, Jolie indicated that she no longer wished to pursue a relationship with her father, and said, “My father and I don’t speak. I don’t hold any anger toward him. I don’t believe that somebody’s family becomes their blood. Because my son’s adopted, and families are earned.” She stated that she did not want to publicize her reasons for her estrangement from her father, but because she had adopted her son, she did not think it was healthy for her to associate with Voight.^[15]

Changing a child’s last name is just one symptom of Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS). Usually, the name change takes place when the child is still a minor. Changing her name so late in life indicates just how much of a puppet and a child she still is.

With PAS, a parent (usually the mother) uses a child as a weapon to abuse and control the other parent. In this form of child abuse, the mother minimizes the importance of the biological father. These public digs at her father indicate Angelina was seriously victimized by her mother who involved Angelina emotionally in her parents’ divorce. Remember, Angelina’s parents, Jon Voight and Marcheline Bertrand, separated when Angelina was a baby. Her mother must have drilled into her head the unworthiness of her father. I wonder if Angelina will someday demonize Brad Pitt to her own children when they inevitably part.

David and Alec — maybe if you outlive your exes your children will stop acting as their mother’s agents and want a relationship with you. Of course by then, it’ll be too late.

The Hiltons must think we peasants are dump as rocks. Why else would they try to get us to believe giving money to a sheriff’s reelection campaign is an altruistic act? Kathy Hilton: She see’s the light at the end of the tunnel. She’s settling in.

Then, Rick Hilton made the point that, contrary to news reports, he has not donated any money to Sheriff Lee Baca’s campaign. He stated that his father, Baron Hilton, Paris’ grandfather, did donate $1,000 to Baca.

After this revelation, Kathy stated, “… It’s important to support our fire department and our sheriff.”

Is Kathy Hilton really trying to get us to believe that supporting our local fire department is just like making a political donation to a sheriff? She must think we’re as dumb as the folks at Paris’ jail who let the Hiltons jump to the front of the visitor’s line.

A judge granted David Hasselhoff custody of his daughters yesterday.  Although those who do not recognize the tactics of  a desperate woman using her children to hold onto a man might be surprised, I was not.  David’s wife, Pamela Bach, fits the textbook profile of a woman employing the tactics of Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS).  When she released the video taken by her 16-year-old daughter of a drunken Daid Hasselhoff eating a burger while sprawled on the floor, she tipped her hand to the entire world.  Having her child spy on her father and then releasing the dirt to the media tells a judge this woman has actively engaged her child in a campaign against her father.  Since Pamela Bach willingly throws her daughter’s relationship with her father under the bus in pursuit of her own insane campaign against her ex-husband she proves her unfitness to parent.

I wonder … Is David Hasselhoff paying for Pamela Bach’s legal bills in this custody fight?  Why else would she have attorney Debra A. Opri representing her?  Remember Debra gave Larry Birkhead a $620,492.84 bill for working on his custody fight?

I read that Paris still wears her hair extensions in jail. Anyway, I guess they’re all the rage now but I was disappointed to learn that Paris has hair extensions. As a woman who can remember the sixties, I am horrified. I remember the bad wigs and something called a “fall”. I had thought we had seen the last of these monuments to female insecurity and stupidity but I was wrong. Amazingly, one of our local malls even sports a fake ponytail cart — and it’s been in business now for months.

Even with all this fake hair sprouting up around me, I still don’t think I’ll be sporting any clip-on curls anytime soon. Fake hair perched needlessly on a woman’s head wastes time, money, and dignity. Hopefully, history will repeat itself and hair will become all natural again soon.

On last night’s Nancy Grace, Donald Trump called in and added his two-cents on the Rosie O’Donnell – Elisabeth Hasselbeck knock-down-drag-out fight.

Trump said he didn’t think Elisabeth Hasselbeck was that bright but saved his real venom for Rosie. Here are some quotes:

“Sadly, she came to my wedding. She ate lots and lots of cake.”
“A very sick mentally person. “
“When I saw how badly she got beaten …”
“She should have been back in the studio the next day.”

By now we’ve all seen it:  Rosie O’Donnell spewing hatred at Elisabeth Hasselbeck.  Hmm …  picking a fight with a pregnant woman.  Imagine Rosie’s surprise when she discovered Elisabeth was kicking a** for two.  What’s Rosie going to do next?  Kick a puppy? Drown a kitten?

I read in Us there had been a rumor that Rosie wanted to become a  Jenny Craig spokesperson.  Her rep denies the rumor and I tend to agree.  I remember 5 years ago when Rosie was on Weight Watchers and yet had her 40th birthday party at a Burger King.  I never hear her talk about Weight Watchers anymore.  I’d be surprised if she had the discipline for Jenny Craig or any other diet.

Why do I have to keep seeing disgraced democrat presidents in the news? Recently, Jimmy Carter said, “I think as far as the adverse impact on the nation around the world, [the Bush] administration has been the worst in history.” Unfortunately for Jimmy, some people in this country still remember the 1970’s. We remember gas lines and the Iran hostage crisis. Every morning I ate my breakfast to a newscast that started out with “Day NNN of America held hostage.” (NNN stands for some number between one and 444.) What a humiliating time to be an American. When Jimmy Carter finally launched a rescue mission for the hostages, not only was it unsuccessful, it resulted in the deaths of 8 servicemen. Thirty years later, we’re still paying for Jimmy’s great international expertise. Does anyone doubt that many Americans lives would have been saved if Jimmy Carter hadn’t let the Shah fall? Seems like we would be looking at a different war in Iraq if Iran were our ally today.

Bill Clinton also cannot keep his mouth shut. He’s criticized Bush’s tax cuts, energy bill, port security, and Iraq invasion. This criticism comes from the guy who admitted that he could have taken custody of Osama Bin Laden a couple of times but decided not to. This is the same guy that ran from Somalia and did nothing in the wake of the USS Cole bombing. We all remember Clinton’s impeachment and the pardons he sold. Then there were all those lies. Small lies like staging a photo of himself making a cross from pebbles strategically placed on a beach or holding hands with his wife. Then there were the big lies. Big lies included saying Republicans wanted to starve children and lying under oath about his habit of sexual contact with women at work. Oh, and then there was the constant hitting on all kinds of women from TV reporters to our Olympic basketball players. I really don’t want to experience all that again.

So, will somebody tell Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter that there are no do-overs in the presidency? Bill Clinton is even running his wife this time to get a do-over. Someone needs to tell these guys that performance in office is more a product of the man than the times.
